Preschool 3/4 Swim Lessons?

The preschool program develops an appreciation and healthy respect for the water. In our basic aquatic progressions, we work to ensure 3 to 5 year-olds become comfortable in the water and have fun acquiring and developing a foundation of water skills. 

These youngsters will learn the following:
-Jumping and sideways entry into deep water while wearing a life jacket
-Recover objects from the bottom in waist-deep water
-Kicking and gliding through the water on their front and back
-Solo jump into deeper water and get out by themselves
-Open their eyes under water
-Short swim on their fronts wearing a lifejacket
-Gliding and kicking on their sides

For children 3-5 years old.

Parents MUST remain at the beach within site of their child(ren).

All swim lessons are led by certified instructors and follow the curriculum set out by the Life Saving Society of Canada's Swim for Life Program.

2 week session/Daily classes (No class on Fridays)

Session 1
?July 22nd to August 1st

Session 2
?August 12th to 22nd

? 10:45 AM - 11:15 AM

Lessons are held during non-peak beach hours to ensure that participants and instructors are given the best opportunity to concentrate on instructions. We apologize that this is not convenient for all, however water safety is our top priority.

$60 per session

Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather, the lesson is cancelled (a sprinkle = the lesson moves ahead, thunder/lightning/heavy rain= the lesson is cancelled.

Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, including classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather.
Exception - If more than 2 classes are cancelled per session on account of weather. Should a third class be cancelled, that class and any following classes in that session will then be refunded.

Registration will open to RESIDENTS ONLY on Monday, March 25th 
 at 7:00AM and to non-residents on Tuesday, April 2nd.
