Volunteers Needed - Tree Tending at Clay Bank Park

Tree lovers and fans of Clay Bank Nature Park for Outdoor Learning, we need your help!

Monday, Sept. 2, 9:30 am, we are going to weed around the many tree saplings that were planted by Forests Ontario and Arnprior Rotary volunteers. It will be hard work but worthwhile.

Bring hand-held shears or cutting implements to cut through the grasses. Wear gloves and long pants and shirts (to protect yourself against ticks). Some volunteers will be cutting the grasses and others will be marking the saplings.

At the entrance you will be directed to where to park.
