Delegations

A delegation is when an individual or group wishes to appear before Council, the Planning Committee or one of the Township’s advisory committees.

To speak at a Council or committee meeting, a delegation must complete the Request Form: Appear as a Delegation.

Delegations must submit any relevant information, presentations or handouts to the CAO/Clerk before appearing before Council.

Request Form Process

An individual or group can complete and submit the Request Form: Appear as a Delegation

The Delegation Request Form must be recieved by the Clerk by 12:00 p.m. the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
