Delegations
A delegation is when an individual or group wishes to appear before Council, the Planning Committee or one of the Township’s advisory committees.
All written submissions, documents, correspondence, e-mails or other communications (including your name and address) may form part of the public record and will be disclosed/made available by the Municipality to such persons as the Municipality sees fit, including anyone requesting such information. Accordingly, in providing such information, you shall be deemed to have consented to its use and disclosure as part of the meeting process.
To speak at a Council or committee meeting, a delegation must complete the Request Form: Appear as a Delegation.
Public Registry of Pecuniary Interest
The registry below has been created to provide interested parties with access to past disclosures of pecuniary interest.
Registry
As per 6.1(1) of the Act, every municipality and local board shall establish and maintain a registry. As per 6.1(2), the registry shall be available for public inspection in the manner and during the time that the municipality or local board, as the case may be, may determine. The registry will be posted at the bottom of this page and contain each declaration.
