Home Safety Assessments (Environmental assessment as well as Performance within the environment), Fall Prevention Education and recommendations to improve safety with adapted equipment & mobility aids; Geriatric Rehabilitation; Assisted Device Program Authorizer for walkers; Canadian Aquatic Rehabilitation Instructor with access to the Nick Smith Centre; Parkinson's LSVT BIG Certified; Nordic Walking Instructor; Pre-habilitation (maxmize functional capacity prior to having a surgery/hospital stay); Post-operative Rehabilitation (after surgeries such as total knee replacements, total hip replacements, shoulder, heart, lung, oncological and more as well as generalized deconditioning after a hospital stay). Individualized treatment programs focus on progressive strengthening, balance, restoring functional mobility & education.
