LOTTERY LICENCES
Is your school, church or sports team planning to raise money by holding a raffle? Do not forget to apply for a lottery licence. Lottery licencing ensures the fair conduct of fund raising events by enforcing and monitoring the lottery regulations. It is the law. Applications can be obtained at the Municipal Office or on Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario website www.agco.on.ca Please allow one week for processing each application. A fee does apply.

REFRESHMENT VEHICLES
Submission of all required documents under the guidelines will speed up the issuing of the license. Please allow one week for processing each application. A fee does apply. Download By-law & guidelines.

LIVESTOCK CLAIMS
Please contact the Livestock Valuer for claims to be administered under the Livestock, Poultry and Honey Bee Protection Act. A copy of the report of the valuer with respect to claims made under this act providing evidence that the damage was caused by wolves will be made by the Livestock Valuer on your behalf. You will also be required to submit an affidavit sworn before the Clerk and commissioned at the Municipal Office and as such will be used for the determination of compensation and related matters in accordance with the Act. The Livestock Valuer is to be contacted immediately upon the loss of livestock. Questions should be directed to the Municipal Clerk.

FENCE VIEWING
Information can be obtained by contacting the Municipal Office.

STREET LIGHTS
The Township depends on information from the public to advise of streetlights not operating. Please call the Municipal Office, not Hydro One, about a streetlight being out and provide the street address and the pole number.

OFFICIAL COMPLAINT POLICY
